Who runs this site
This website, sergiosmirnoff.design, is the portfolio of Sergio Smirnoff Design. It presents design work, case studies and experiments. You can reach me at sergiosmirnoff10@gmail.com for any question about this policy or about your data.
Analytics
To understand how the site is used and to improve it, I use analytics from Framer, which hosts this site, and from Google. These services may collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your approximate location, and the type of device and browser you use. They may use cookies or similar technologies to do this. I use this information only in aggregate to improve the site and I do not use it to identify you personally.
You can learn how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Framer describes its practices at framer.com/legal/privacy-statement.
Contact form and email
If you send a message through the contact form or by email, I receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address and the information about your project. I use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. I do not sell or share them for marketing. Form submissions are processed by Framer on my behalf.
Third-party services and links
This site embeds or links to services run by other companies, including the Delphi AI assistant, Medium, LinkedIn, Dribbble and my legacy portfolio on Adobe Portfolio. When you use or follow them, they may collect data under their own privacy policies, which I do not control.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out above, or contact me to ask what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. I will respond as soon as I reasonably can.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
